How can I access my medical documents on the app?

To access your medical history and documents, tap Activity in the Doctor Anywhere app. You will be able to view your past consultations and medical records on the platform.

To view a document, select the relevant consultation date and scroll to the bottom to find the available documents. Tap View to open the document in the app, or Email to send it to your registered email address.

For password-protected documents, use your registered NRIC/Passport number as the password. The password is case-sensitive.
