How do I update my details on the app?

To update your personal details, go to the More tab at the bottom of the app. Tap View Profile under your name, then select the details you would like to update.

Once you have made the changes, tap Save to update your profile.

To update your ID/NRIC/Passport details, please contact our Customer Support team at +603 7890 5856 or askus.my@doctoranywhere.com. Our hotline is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
