Can I self-collect my medication?

Yes, you can self-collect your medication at our selected partner pharmacies by selecting the "Self-Collection" option during the medication purchase checkout process on our app.

For self-collection of medication:

1. Head to your selected pharmacy during their opening hours.
2. Bring along your IC or passport for authentication purposes. This is to ensure that the medication is collected by the correct patient.
3. Show your prescription on the Doctor Anywhere app at the pharmacy counter and the pharmacist will assist to pack your medication.
4. Scan our QR code at the pharmacy and enter your verification code that can be found on your Doctor Anywhere app.

Important note:

1. The pharmacy reserves the right not to release the medication if the authentication steps mentioned above fail.
2. Do head down to your selected pharmacy within 7 days from the date of purchase, failing which, the prescription will be rendered invalid. No refunds will be given for invalid prescriptions.
