How do I cancel a scheduled appointment?

Please refer to the steps below on how you may cancel your appointment on the DA app:

1. Open the DA app
2. Click 'Activity' and, under 'Upcoming', select the specific appointment you would like to view
3. Click 'Cancel ' and select 'Yes'

Please do note that if the cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before the consultation time, the consultation fee will be refunded. The refund will be initiated within 24 hours, but please allow up to 14 working days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your original payment method. If there is a use of a promo code is used for the consultation, the same promo code can be used again.

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the consultation fee will not be refunded. If there is a usage of a promo code is used for the consultation, the promo code will be considered utilised.
