You can consult a General Practitioner (GP) through our platform for diagnosis, medical advice, and referrals, where appropriate, for non-emergency medical conditions.
Before your consultation, you will need to complete a pre-consultation survey with details about your symptoms and medical history, and provide your payment details.
Video consultations are not suitable for serious or emergency conditions. If you need urgent medical attention, please visit the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
Our doctors will assess your condition to determine if a video consultation is suitable. If it is not suitable, the doctor will recommend that you see a doctor in person at their clinic or another clinic of your choice.
After your consultation, any documents issued by the doctor, such as a medical memo, referral document, or receipt, will be available in the app.
