What should I do if I miss my video consultation appointment?

Doctor Anywhere has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel it less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge.

If you still need to consult a doctor, you may book a new video consultation through the app.
