Can I obtain referral letters from doctors on Doctor Anywhere?

Yes. Our doctors can issue referral letters, such as referrals to specialists or for laboratory testing, when medically appropriate. If a referral letter is issued, it will be available in the app after your video consultation.

Note: Your referral letter is password-protected. To access it, use the ID/NRIC/Passport number of the patient who attended the consultation. The password is case-sensitive.
